CREATE YOUR OWN SAFETY PLAN
You must decide for yourself if you will tell others that you have been abused. Friends, family and co-workers can help protect you if they know what is happening, and what to do to help.

No matter what you choose to tell other people, you have choices about how to respond to violence and abuse and how to get to safety.  Use the safety plan to help increase your safety in an abusive situation.
